Abstract

La trichinellose se transmet à l'homme par la consommation de viande, crue ou peu cuite, d'animaux eux-mêmes contaminés par le parasite du genre Trichinella. Dans la nature, le cycle implique la plupart des animaux carnivores, omnivores et de nombreux rongeurs. Les animaux domestiques peuvent être infectés, notamment le porc (1).
