New issue of EpiSouth journal is online

It contains:

  • EpiSouth Events: Presentation of EpiSouth at a WHO meeting on IHR implementation strategy.
  • EpiSouth Documents: Statistics on access to the web-site; networks and laboratories related  to EpiSouth; the 250th e-WEB with analysis on health events reported; and update on Coronavirus worldwide situation
  • EpiSouth Activities: EpiSouth plus reports 6/2013 - Training on dengue and biosafety in the laboratory; mid-term external evaluation report; and collaborations of the EpiSouth Network with international organizations.
  • EpiSouth Network: Current status of the EpiSouth Network.
  • Focus Topic: The 2013 Prince Mahidol Award International Conference, Bangkok, Thailand, 28 January - 2 February 2013.

The EpiSouth Network aims at creating a framework of collaboration for the control of public health threats in the Mediterranean region and South East Europe. The electronic bulletin constitutes one of the tools used for the Project’s dissemination.
